The Scholarship Initiative rewards academic excellence and community service through awards to college-bound high school seniors.
The Westchester County (NY) Chapter of The
Links, Inc. continues to enable the college aspirations of area high school
students through its annual scholarship program. In 2016, through the
efforts of the Chapter, $14,000 in scholarships were awarded to graduating
students who will attend college this fall at a reception during
the summer. In keeping with the Links Incorporated's National HBCU
initiative, 2 of the students will attend HBCUs.

On June 14, 2014, the Chapter held its Scholarship Awards
reception to recognize its most recent scholarship recipients. The parents, chapter members and high school
representatives who attended had the pleasure of acknowledging and
congratulating the seven young women on their academic achievements and service
to the community.
The Scholarship Committee appreciates the generosity of
those who support the Chapter's programs and scholarship.
